You are obviously suffering and it doesn't help with the added strain and stress which is affecting your relationship. If I were in your shoes I would be back at my doctor and asking for a referral to try physiotherapy or a chiropracter. Stress can bring on headaches and neck ache too, so this won't be helping.
You should try talking to someone about the anxiety that you are feeling because there is help out there. I did suffer from anxiety when my marriage broke down and my doctor was amazing, I got in touch with a counsellor to talk about things and I was put on a mild anti-depressant which really helped. I was on them for around a year and I can honestly say it was the best thing I could have done.
See your GP and talk openly about how you feel. Best of luck.
I have had a number of issues with my neck and shoulders, many are from injuries but it flares up so bad at times. I found my purse was one of the issues, as was my job at a call center, I simply spent too much time hunched over a computer and it would cause spasms. I started getting acupuncture and massage done every two weeks.
Acupuncture can be amazing for chronic pain. This with regular visits to a chiropractor every couple of months helped immensely. Yoga and meditation can sometimes help with headaches and neck pain as well.
I am not a doctor, but don't give up on the medical experts. Sounds to me like your under a lot of stress, but I am not a doctor.
Stress can be a bad thing. Are you happy with your job? If your not can you somehow get a better one?
Sometimes it takes time for doctors to find out what you need. I do know that our bodies need rest, sleep, the right kind of food, and not a lot of presure situations. A person will feel tired if he or she needs rest, and sleep.
Whatever is upsetting you needs to be dealt with in your life.
God Bless you, and hope you will feel better.
I have similar troubles. Doctors can't do anything about it except for giving you prescriptions and suggesting you physiotherapy which really didn't work out for me. So, I decided to try pranayam.
Believe it or not, once I start doing pranayam my headache disappears within 5 minutes. Please don't cry, I have suffered a lot and took a lot of painkillers every day. Please check for yoga and pranayam.
Please practice it under supervision of an expert only. I am sure it will certainly help you. It does take a long time but it will work.
I am sure. Wish you good luck and fast recovery..
Is is responding to pain killers such as acetaminophen, may be you are having migraine.
It might be a neck sprain maybe from an accident. But its quiet odd that doctors don't know what's wrong with you. I used to have cronic neck pains and headaches, blurry vision and all of your symptoms. My doctor told me It was a neck spasm and gave me prescribtions.
It didn't work as expected. I also had a chiropracter adjust my spine but the pain kept coming back.
After all this I came to a realization that some of my daily activities were the cause of my pain and since I kept doing them there was no way the pain would stop. I have been in your situation before, and I will suggest that you take a second look at your activities- This includes your neck position whiles watching tv, falling asleep in the counch and even the weight of you purse could also be a cause.
You might try things such as Physical Therapy, Chiropractor, or Accupuncture. I would ensure you get expert advice on exercises and stretches to work on daily. You might consider lifestyle changes too.
All the symptoms you describe may relate to stress, but the key word in your question is Chronic. Sometimes the body gets really good at feeling pain and then a normal stimulus may be interpreted as painful. You can ask your physician for a referral to a chronic pain program or specialist.
They might have some new ideas, different medications, and there is generally a team approach including a physician, a physical therapist, and a psychiatrist.
Sometimes mainstream medical approaches to neck pain, headaches and shoulder pain do not work as well as alternative approaches. I have read the other answers to your question and I am happy to see that people are thinking right when they are sharing advice with you.
The suggestions, recommending alternative modalities such as yoga, pranayam, acupuncture, massage, and meditation are good ideas. Also, as suggested, a chiropractor may be able to help you. There are also great naturopactic doctors out there, many of them also practicing chiropractors.
Don't give up until you find relief. Finding the right help is not easy many times. God bless you.
I have been experiencing this pain for the last 2 years and I can say that it is because of the way I watch TV, turning my head.
You did everything already such as blood test, x-ray, CT scan and found nothing wrong with you. But symptom is still happening to you and you feel that you lack of vitamin. If you feel like this, you should do blood test to find vitamin deficiency.
In my opinion you may be having a tension headache due to excessive strain to your neck muscles. This may be caused by adoption of bad postures at work and especially while being on the computer or laptop.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
