Personally, I do include custom exceptions like that. It's like the condom argument: it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. If in the rare case that it does occur, including the custom exception message will make tracking down the logic error that much easier, yet your executable is only a tiny bit bigger.

Otherwise, your ArgumentOutOfRangeException could happen anywhere. The time it takes you to add the exception far outweighs the time it takes you to track down the error without it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
