Does common yu-gi-oh cards also appears as rare and as higher rarity I have a destiny hero dogma according to yugiohwikia its shouldn't be rare but my card has silver writing so it's rare?

Cards are often reprinted in duelist pack sets, structure decks, etc. Destiny Hero Dogma has three possible versions; POTD-EN014 - Super Rare (Shiny picture) POTD-EN014 - Ultimate Rare (Gold text, 'textured' foil effect on picture and level stars) DP05-EN007 - Rare (Silver text) So in this case it did get a rare reprint, which I suspect is what you have.
