De primero, por lo que se ve no es que seas una persona muy adulta y contando en que ella es tu profesora y tiene 40 años.. Puede ser que le caigas bien ya que se siente identificada contigo pero eso no conlleva a que le gustes. Creo que como mucho podrás ser su "pequeño amigo" o alumno preferido, pero no llega a más. Yo he tenido muchos profesores asín y la verdad, cuando acaba el curso te despides y ya, aunque es probable que si la sigas viendo seguiréis hablando igual, ya siendo tu profesora o no de filosofía.
