Si quieres recuperar la configuración a como estaba, sin más remedio tendrás que ejecutar la restauración del sistema a un estado anterior. Para esto primero reinicia tu pc en modo seguro, cundo oigas el bib dale f8 enseguida, así entras al modo seguro de ahí vas a panel de control y buscas la restauración del sistema. Suerte HA!

Un consejo sabio, por amor al cielo ya no utilices el tuneup ya que por experiencia propia te termina jodiendo la máquina. Busca otros progras para repara errores como el Dll-Files Fixer ;).
