Libmysqlclient-dev is mysql-development library for Debian/Ubuntu boxes... for CentOS the dev-package is mysql-devel and I have its x86_64 version installed... actually I even tried 'gem install' after installing the entire Group Install package of Development Libraries avaialable via yum for CentOS – AbhishekKr Jun 23 at 11:47.
What I did to fix it was to re-install Ruby via RVM. There no more errors after that. Alternatively, remove the block in client.
H that is trying to emulate rb_thread_blocking_region for Ruby 1.8 and you'll be good to go.
The problem is in the extconf/mkmf section.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
