What kinda computer mine is a dell it has a built in restore. If its a dell restart your PC and when the system is trying to boot up press and hold control and f11 for a minute or so and see if it will help. Though do note if it does .
It will give you a couple options and one will make you lose all stuff and the other will restore to last time your PC ran good.
Kindly specify which windows you were using. Restart your system and "Press F8" key and select Safe Mode option. If it works then restore the system on previous dates it will recover system file on back date.
If it not then again restart your system and then again F8 now select Directory services restore mode. If that fails to then boot with the same CD with you've installed Windows and try the repair option. If all fails then try to connect your hard drive with another system and take complete backup.
You should unplug the messed up hard drive and plug it into a different computer that works and has a 2nd hard drive cable and the messed up hard drive you plug into the computer has to be set as a slave hard drive and the (windows hard drive) set as a master hard drive. You can do that by plugging in the jumper peg on the back of the hard drive only if it's a IDE hard drive. If you have a SATA hard drive you won't have to set the jumper pegs.
If your files don't show up on the computer that works don't give up yet, because sometimes the files only show up on a certain file system. It could be NTFS file system or FAT32 file system. I'm not sure exactly how to show files from another file system.
If you have (Windows7 32-bit) it would be easier to find out how to get your files to show up.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
