Usually, bulbs are rated in watts, not in volts. How are you going to connect them? In parallel?
In series? In series? They won't turn on, because you'll get only 12/14 v for each.In parallel?

They should last longer. Many 120 vac incandescent bulbs sold as "long life", are designed to operate at less than their design voltage. Of course, they are not as energy efficient as their same wattage but shorter lived regular bulb.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
