Because the Republicans have one main focus: to increase the flow of wealth from the 90% poorest Americans to the 10% richest. (Their other focus is getting Americans to follow a specific set of morals, enforced by laws, rather than by individual choice.) Their hope is that by decreasing government expenditures the people who are poor by choice will be forced to get a job. The Republicans don't believe that our system already favors the rich over the poor.
SIGH* Okay, for the (what seems like) the millionth time...it is not tax cuts to industries that create the "lost revenue". It is the tax cuts partnered with allowing these companies to open shop overseas without penalties for doing this. Add to that the fact that the government likes to increase spending instead of cutting it, then you have problems all over the place.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
