Content border for NSWindow in xcode 4?

First select your window and open the 'Right side bar' icon at 'View' on top of Xcode to open Inspector. Then select the 'Measurement' icon in Inspector.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
