Controller keeps freezing and firing on its own on COD game how do I stop this?

Either way you might try plugging the controller in to charge or re-synching it - assuming the controller is wireless. Otherwise, either try a different controller or carefully clean off any controller gunk that might be causing the buttons to stick. Sometimes buttons just get stuck for no obvious reason.

I find that pressing them all/fiddling with the shoulder buttons can unstick them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
