The way I would do it is to use a small microcontroller to run each panel and put all the microcontrollers on a common bus, like an i2c or spi bus, with one microcontroller to rule them all,,,err,,,run them all. Looking at the datasheet on those display panels, they have a controller built in already. You just need some kind of controller to run them built in.
You select the column with the 4 data lines and feed in the red and green data through the shift register. This makes things a lot easier really as you don't have to build drive hardware. The datasheet tells you everything you need to know to drive that display, including timing specs, voltage, what to send when, etc.If you don't know how to read a datasheet, I suggest you find someone who can teach you what all that information means.
Enjoy, Ray.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
