Converting DOM elements to an image: words converted to dashes (jQuery, HTML5, SVG)?

Possibly in the rendered graphic, the text label is too small to accomodate the word. This probably depends on how the canvas interprets scaling and font sizes? Just a guess tho.

I had to change the font size from percentage to pixel. It was font-size: 100%; I had to set it to font-size: 34px.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
