YES,flunisolide nasal spray or loratadine can cause a false-positive on a urine test. I showed positive for meth on two urine test taken the same day. One taken at the probation dept.

And one taken at the VA. The one taken at the probation office was sent off for a toix screen and showed negative for meth. The VA took blood and sent it off for a toix screen and it also showed negative for meth.
