Something like a String is too long for the column - eg "XXXXXX" saved into varchar(4) or a decimal with too many places, eg 1234.5678 saved into decimal(4,2) etc.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
