If reasonable transportation facilities are not available, and driving by a minor is necessary, a person holding a permit or provisional license can drive to and from school. You must have a signed statement from the school principal stating the facts and when the school activities will end.
(Veh C 12814.6; applicable to permits by operation of Veh C 12509(d).) But if you have no kind of license at all, you cannot drive. ADD: Would someone care to explain the thumbs down?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
