Could the Queen/King (UK) abolish the monarchy?

Not in constitutional monarchies. The Austro-Hungarian Empire was dismantled following its defeat in World War One and the monarchy removed. Hungary restored its monarchy but lost it again following its defeat in World War Two when it was taken over by the Soviets.

Karl Von Hapsburg is the head of the Hapsburg dynasty and is a politician at the European Parliament as a member for Austria; he has no supreme power or unlimited wealth, although being an MEP is the next best thing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
