Yes, absolutely. Mostly by not keeping animals in small pens for our amusement. It must be very stressful for a killer whale to be kept in a tank and coaxed to perform several times a day.
What's shocking is people's surprise that this happened, I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often. I'm sure the trainer loved the whale and that they were cared for with the bet of intentions. It's a tragedy, but maye the whale shoudl've been let go and released back into the wild, especially after previous attacks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
