Burglary and/or Robbery Coverage for a Commercial Property is available under the FAIR Plan's Ohio Crime Insurance Program. To apply for coverage, OCI-C-1, Application for Commercial Crime Insurance Policy, must be completed, accompanied by the appropriate premium, and be forwarded to OFP. Coverage is available, in increments of $1000, up to a maximum of $15,000.

Coverage will be effective the day following the U.S. Post Office postmark and will be provided under a separate and "stand-alone" policy. There are very specific Protective Device Requirements for a property to qualify for crime insurance coverage. These requirements are indicated on the Application for Commercial Crime Insurance Policy.
