You should set the height 100% for all parents (include body and html) for your content accept it. Or just set {min-height: Npx} for content. Your problem is #content doesn't know what height is needed).
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
