Css selector span:first-child issue?

The :first-child selector only selects that element if it is the first child of the parent. The first child in this case is an image, not a span. You are looking for the :first-of-type selector.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
