Para llegar al nivel #3 necesitas 1,000 puntos y creo que para subir imágenes es después del 5to. Yahoo Respuestas elimino la opción de colocar fotos en los avatares de todos los usuarios y el que tiene es porque tenia una cuenta antes de que quitaran la opción. Saludos :).
