Well, I think it sounds suspicious enough that a judge might see it as getting rid of you because of your disability. I would find a lawyer to draft a letter stating that firing you might look like discrimination.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
