Describe your local newspaper. Does it cover liberal and conservative news equally or does it tend to lean in one direction? Has the economy compromised its future? Etc

In Australia we have either the Murdoch press or the Fairfax press. Murdoch papers are notoriously anti labor(democrat in America-speak) and any story that makes labor look good will be buried in the middle pages. Emotion charged stories no matter how lame and just plain pathetic will often be seen on the front page of the Murdoch morning papers so as not to demand too much brain power from the reader.

Sadly, these are also our biggest selling papers; although it is moreso because they are tabloid as opposed to broardsheet. In other words, easier to handle; easier for the idiot readers to turn the pages.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
