Speed mutation. This method was used to increase production of penicillin. Cultures were exposed to ultraviolet light to cause mutations.

This effects the change of genetics across the generations. Human selection. Culling the herd by humans is selection but not natural.

This is how every domesticated herd and crop has been produced. Severe culling increases change generation to generation. A Russian scientist produced the pet domesticated fox by 30 generations of severe culling.
