Desktop on Dell monitor screen has been flipped upside down how to fix?

Right click on your desktop background and click graphic/desplay properties, then rotate. Peope do this as a joke sometimes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
