Detect operator support with decltype/SFINAE?

You need to make your less_than_test function a template, since SFINAE stands for Substitution Failure Is Not An Error and there's no template function that can fail selection in your code.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
