Deteriorating human values versus developing human technology?

Yeah, we really love each other.. PRAISE BE TO GOD!

You are wrong on two spots here...you say that animals kill their own for food...not necessarily so. Many animals are herbivores. And you say that animals do not enjoy each others company...yet Great Apes depend on living in families, as do elephants and many animals live in herds for their own company and welfare.

Even dogs are pack animals and cannot be isolated and left alone. Do human beings give human beings value? Sometimes we do but often, some of us don't.

I like to think about ancient man...imagine an ancient female crossing the savannah with a screaming 2 year old on her hip. What a temptation to leave him on the savannah for the lions to find....if she didn't put the child's survival above her own? Consider this....she's an easy target if she is pregnant or carrying an infant or other children across a flat open space....yet human kind makes this sacrifice for the welfare of her children.

She must get food for them and a safe place to dwell. And so, a society is created with other women to help with the infants, the cooking, the weaving, the tanning of hides, hunter gatherers, etc. It is better to ask why we value some humans and not others....therein lies the most perplexing question of all.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
