Bush has never been one to pass the buck, unlike Obama. That's what a real leader does; accept responsibility. The Fannie/Freddie disaster was the main culprit in this mess and that my friend lays at the feet of the Democrats.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
