NO, Cleopatra did not have a tomb that was in a pyramid anyway. It is beleived that she was buried with Mark Antony. She lived and died past the time of pyramids Update: Cleopatra and Mark Antony would have been entombed but that area of Alexandria suffered catastrophic earthquakes so that area where the tomb likely exists is under water.
With the damages suffered to other structures it isn't likely to be intact It was announced today (April 15, 2009) that a likely site has been discovered. It would be less likely that any remains exist. Like all stories of ships sinking into the ocean there are never any remains found.
