Did Qui-Gon or Obi-Wan know of the Queen's Decoy?

When Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan first meet the Queen it is already Sabe playing the decoy. There is no mention of them being informed of the switch. The only time they speak to Amidala as the Queen before she reveils herself is aboard her ship when she asks for help of JarJar.
