If you knew anything about the legal history of the 14th Amendment, you would know that the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was deliberately used only to refer to Ambassadors and diplomatic personnel who cannot be charged by the American justice system but are subject only to the laws of their home country (something that is not true of undocumented immigrants who are subject to our laws). Both the records of the writing of the amendment and the Supreme Court decision in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) which first upheld birthright citizenship make this clear.
So, sorry but your interpretation does not pass muster.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
