If they really wanted to get serious about drugs they'd have spontaneous drug stops just like traffic stops... Same thing with guns, if they are really serious about gun they'd have spontaneous gun checks just traffic stops. By traffic stops I mean when police officers stop spontaneously and start asking a number of drivers for license, registration, etc.I think they did this to give out tickets and maybe quotas.

I think this is good. But the detials and the trend should be controled.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
