According to Chapter 5 of Second Hague Convention "Belligerents are forbidden to move troops or convoys of either munitions of war or supplies across the territory of a neutral Power." LOL - and Hitler & the Nazis paid close attention to the Hague Convention?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
