Disciplinary notations appear on a student's academic transcript?

The only notation posted on a student's transcript for disciplinary action is the statement, "Separated Under Provision of Code of Conduct" for the period of time that a student is serving a disciplinary suspension or dismissal. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
