Do a lot of people just walk into their grandparents house?

My whole family go in each others homes with a knock first but then go in without waiting for an invitation, I know a lot of my friends family's do this also. I would never "just walk" into their houses without at first giving the door a knock to alert whoever is home of my presence.

The people up the street kept their door unlocked during the day and their daughter's dog which lived across the street used to let himself by manipulating the latch. The grandfather used to tell him to close the door.It depends upon the relationship. Yes, alot of people do this.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
