The term "seasonal allergy" would have nothing to do with a sweater or spraying from another cat or food. Those are NOT seasonal triggers. Are you saying "seasonal allergies" because you don't know what else to call them?

I believe that my cat has an actual SEASONAL allergy because he started sneezing and having nasal discharge about the time that ragweed started blooming here. I took him the the vet and am not please with her lack of understanding. It's Sunday morning so I can't take him back in until tomorrow.

Was hoping to find something that I could at least try to give him some relief until I can get him to a vet (not the same one, for sure) tomorrow.

There are four known types of allergies in the cat: contact, flea, food, and inhalant. Each of these has some common expressions in cats, and each has some unique features. Contact AllergyContact allergies are the least common of the four types of allergies.

They result in a local reaction to the skin. Examples of contact allergy include reactions to flea collars or to types of bedding, such as wool.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
