Sometimes you can find coupons for percent off purchases. If have seen coupons particularly for restaurants to 10% off, 20% off of the entire bill of a certain dollar amount of more. Sometimes you will see 50% off of an item, or a buy one get one free, which is 50% off the total amount.
Coupons can generally be found in newspaper inserts, mailers such as Valpak, RedPlum, magazines or in an Entertainment Book. Many times there are sales at stores for a percentage off that don't require the use of a coupon. As for whether or not you can use a percent off coupon with another discount or coupon, generally you would not be able to.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
