Do dreams predict the future?

No I have dreams all the time like every body else nothing has come true in my dream I have had dreams about winning the lottery it never comes true I have dreams about driving fast cars does not come true I have dreams about a zombie apoclypse never comes true so no dreams do not have a meaning any people that say they do are telling lies.

Dreams are your wishes or fears. You feared that snow fall and bad weather will continue in England.It was seen as dream. Your fears some times come true.

Like that dreams also may come true.2 dreams out of 1000 may come true.It is just coincidence.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
