Depends on the company....some use plastic models of their food for photos only....others use actual food, but usually they use plastic or other types of food because the lights and length of time it takes to do a photo shoot or commercial. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
