Unless you were circumcised after about 8 years old, it was not done 'against your will' as you would have had no mental ability to make a rational decision, weighing up all the facts for and against, as to whether to have it done or not. It is one of the fundamental rights and duties of parents to make decisions on behalf of their children before they are old enough to make those decisions for themselves. They decided whether to vaccinate you or not (if you were asked as a two year old if you wanted an injection you would probably have said "no" as you would not have been able to appreciate the benefit).
Parents have to make so many decisions for you, some of which you may not entirely like, but they act in what they believe is your best interest. You cannot 'restore' your foreskin. What is gone is gone for good.
There are stretching techniques that can slightly lengthen the remaining foreskin remnant but after many months (or even years) of uncomfortable and embarrassing stretching the best you can ever hope for is a faux skin that will neither look nor behave like an original foreskin. As you move about it will constantly slip back and forth, trapping and painfully pulling on pubic hair, and giving you unwanted erections at the least convenient times. It will also trap dirt, smegma, etc which can set up infections under the faux skin.
There are many proven lifelong health and sexual advantages in being circumcised, which is why your parents gave you that gift. Don't try to throw it back in their faces.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
