Do I have to declare personal checks as income when filing for taxes?

I've done direct deposit for years and it has always been great until this year. Like others said seems to be a backup. I did mine on the 2nd and it was accepted the 2nd.

The WMR site had no information until Wed. 2/15 and now says its being processed and I should get it by the 28th. Ha I have never waited that long before, however it also doesn't mean I won't get it sooner.

The longest I've ever had to wait before was about 9 days. There has even been a disclaimer about information being delayed on the http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0... WMR site, so if you check there and get the no information available do not panic it means nothing. As others said the chart the preparer used is just the estimated times, and before this year mine always got here before that date.

It is also not always on Wednesday that you get the DD. I almost always get mine on Friday with it sometimes not really showing up until midnight of the Saturday morning.

The dates you're referring to are from the refund cycle chart. These are no longer valid until the IRS ctches up. Those are "best case scenario" dates and MOST people are not getting their refunds that early.

Check WMR if it works for you for a better estimate of when you might receive your refund.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
