Do I need a beauty license to but hair bleach?

You can actually purchase hair bleach without a license. You can find packets of powdered hair bleach at beauty supply stores or even on Ebay. Read the back of the package carefully.

You will have to mix it with developer. I suggest cream developer. Developer comes in 10, 20, 30 and 40 volume.

The 40 volume is designed to get the hair the lightest possible. Mix it carefully and in a well ventilated area. Use gloves when applying.

Hair bleach is very strong. I always recommend visiting a beautician for bleaching. There are too many things that can go wrong.

You can leave it on too long and your hair can fall out. You can leave it on not long enough and your hair is stuck in an orange stage. The beautician has been trained and knows exactly when to take the bleach off.

Buy the time you buy the bleach, developer, gloves and so on, you are not really saving that much money. It is better to pay the extra few bucks and then you can rest assure your hair will more likely turn out.
