I just bought a MacBook Pro and ordered Mac OS X Snow Leopard|Snow Leopard for just US$10 through the Up-to-Date program. Apple allows new Mac owners, since WWDC 2009 until Snow Leopard's launch, to pre-order Snow Leopard for just US$10, within 90 days of the purchase of their new Mac. http://www.apple.com/macosx/uptodate/ For more information on the Mac OS X Up-to-Date program, visit apple.com.
Title says it all; I'm planning on getting a new MBP 15' for school next semester (this will also be my first Mac), but some of my friends are telling me I should wait, as snow leopard will be released soon. What would you guys suggest? If by next semester, you the fall, then you're more likely to see machines shipping with Snow Leopard pre-installed.
Unless you really need the new laptop by a date certain, I'd wait. Right now that's my plan. Visit Old Muley's homepage!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
