Scientifically, the moment of conception is when something completely new and autonomous is formed. All it needs to do is grow and develop. The DNA of this "clump of cells" is the DNA of a completely different person, with all of the DNA code necessary to map out a specific gender, hair and eye color, even tastes and preferences.
The same cannot be said of the egg alone or of the sperm alone. At conception, a completely new human being is present, albeit very small and undeveloped. This is not a religious issue.
It's a scientific issue.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
