Do the brown shirt tactics and anti-capitalist slogans of the OWS resonate with most Americans?

They are being paid by the Liberals, need I say more ((T-Bone)).

The movement is that Wall Street has taken over the country by its kick backs, bail outs and such while the working class American is losing their homes, jobs, and not tax breaks. That is the movement. Be aware that by public display, freedom of assemble, freedom of speech, etc, is how this country is meant to work.

When society, government, etc is not working, we have the right to speech out. Unfortunately, While you have oppressed people, some turn to violence. We must turn non violent works of Martin Luther King and Gandhi as examples to follow.

While I don't disagree with you that some of the acts you mention might have happen, the media will pick up on the violence and amplify it. While the OWS believes are representative of this American, the violence is by no means what I stand for.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
