Do you agree w/ this statement by Ron Paul that Federal Reserve transparency thru audit is needed?

Well he was smart and used the words "openness in Government." The Fed is not part of the government :) Ah, loopholes... No he can never support a real audit of the Fed. The Fed is a core component of the power structure that put him in the WH.

I agree with Socrates. He never would have made it to the WH, if he was going to deliver on the change he promised. The Fed should be audited then abolished.

This will never happen unless it is to be subsumed by a world treasury or without a bonafide revolution at home. The rats are entrenched & have both parties in their back pocket. Speaking of campaign promises, what happened to withdrawing troops from Iraq right away & where did all the war protesters go?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
