Roosevelt ran on staying out of the war.. it's their war was a campaign slogan.. he made the depression worse, promised every man 40 acres and a mule.. his Dem opponent was huey p long, told him at a debate that the gov can not give anything away until you take it away from them first.. he was assassinated or would have won that election, many think.. if Paul is anything like Roosevelt I would rather vote for big ears.. at least everyone knows he is an idiot..

Very good policy In Roosevelts' time, there wasn't a nuclular bomb so waving the big stick did not threaten all mankind.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
