There are several possibilities. The person who gets called might work for the city's tourist bureau. He or she might also be an employee of the chamber of commerce.

One way to solve the problem is to ask the librarian whom you might call in another city in order to get information about it. The librarian will probably be able to give you a list of several offices which a person like you are talking about might call.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
