Speaking of Roth , "Goodbye Columbus" was pretty funny with it's detail; Sophie's Choice had iome funny scenes with Stingo and his date; all in all, subtle is so much better .
Nope. I don't need to read about it. Having it is much more satisfying!

Well, not all of us have to worry about money. And, to paraphrase - those who can't do, write! Sad to think some people have to resort to writing about graphic sexuality to make a few dollars in order to make ends meet.

People who can't write don't understand. -layyla- 10 months ago .
People who can write don't need to add to the page count by adding graphic sex content. To do so shows they have no real talent for writing - and fall back on trashy verbage to fill the holes in their writing ability. Thats the difference between a writer and an author.
Anyone can write - but it takes a talented author to tell a story.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
